Yr Afr (pronounced Ur-Afur) is a young and very soft, mould-ripened raw milk goat cheese from new-comers Brad and Beth, who began cheesemaking in Rossendale three years ago but have recently relocated to Wales to produce cheeses at the Cosyn Cymru dairy in Bethesda. Yr Afr, meaning ‘The Goat’, is inspired by Crottin de Chavignol from the Loire Valley.

Umami, creamy flavour with savoury notes, making it a perfect addition to any cheese board.
